(01)Working together
Most websites take 3 to 7 days end to end. Landing pages can be done in 2 to 3 days. Timeline depends on how fast you provide content and feedback.
Yes. I work fully remote with businesses across India: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata and smaller towns.
Every website follows SEO best practice from day one: fast load, clean structure, proper metadata, mobile-first. SEO is built in, not added on.
Pricing depends on scope. With no agency overhead, rates run well below typical agency pricing. WhatsApp your brief for a fixed quote within a few hours. No contracts, no hidden fees.
Yes. I currently run live SEO for 3 ongoing clients. Monthly SEO and maintenance retainers are available after launch.
Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested on real Indian phones and 4G speeds before launch.
(02)Cost and payment
Because “contact us for a quote” wastes both our time. If the number is wrong for you, you find out in ten seconds instead of after two calls. Every quote is still fixed and confirmed in writing before anything starts.
Usually, and for a plain reason: there is no account manager, no sales team and no office to pay for. The person who takes your brief writes the code. That removes most of an agency’s overhead, not its craft.
Domain registration and hosting are billed at cost to your own account, typically a few thousand rupees a year, because they should be in your name and not mine. Paid ad spend, stock photography licences and third-party tools are also yours directly.
No. Half to start, half on launch. The SEO retainer is billed monthly in arrears and can be stopped any month with no notice period.
Small jobs are quoted as small jobs. Send the URL and what is wrong with it, and you get a fixed price for that piece of work rather than a package you do not need.
Yes, fully remote across India over WhatsApp, calls and email. Pricing is the same wherever you are.
(03)Website Design
Most websites take 3 to 7 days end to end. The timeline depends mostly on how fast you can send content and feedback.
It depends on scope. With no agency overhead, rates run well below agency pricing. Send a brief on WhatsApp for a fixed quote within a few hours.
Yes. Every login, the domain, the hosting and the files are handed over at launch. No lock-in.
No. The studio is in Chennai and a lot of the work is local, but the process is fully remote over WhatsApp, calls and email, and clients are spread across India.
Your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, and a sense of what makes you different from the business down the road. Copy is written here, so you do not need to supply text.
Text and image changes are handled here, usually same day, and they are not billed for small edits. If you would rather edit it yourself, say so at the brief stage and the build is structured for that instead.
Two rounds of revisions are included during the build. After launch, small changes are usually free and anything larger is quoted as its own small job.
(04)SEO & Ranking
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Content and authority work usually takes a few months.
Fix them. The person auditing the site is the person editing it.
Yes. Fully remote across India over WhatsApp, calls and email.
Often not. If the foundation is sound the existing site can be fixed in place. If it is a page builder carrying thirty plugins, you get told that plainly rather than sold a retainer that cannot work.
No. The retainer is billed monthly and can be stopped any month with no notice period. Locking clients in is a way of keeping ones who would otherwise leave.
No, and neither can anyone else. What can be promised is that every signal within your control gets fixed, and that you can see the movement in Search Console yourself.
It is Google's measure of loading speed, visual stability and responsiveness. It is a real ranking signal, but the larger effect is on people: visitors leave slow pages, and those exits feed back into performance.
(05)Landing Pages
Two to three days from a confirmed brief, if the offer and images are ready.
Yes. Variants reuse the structure and tracking, so they cost far less than the first.
Not necessarily. Many businesses start with a landing page and add a full site once the offer is proven.
Yes. Copy is written against the ad the visitor clicked, because the match between the ad promise and the page promise is most of what decides whether they convert.
No. The page, the structure and the tracking are built here; the campaign itself is better run by someone who does it daily. The page is built to work with whoever runs your ads.
Conversion tracking is configured and verified before launch, so enquiries are attributable to a campaign from the first click rather than from the second month.
One offer instead of five, the ad promise repeated in the first line, a short form, real reassurance rather than stock claims, and a page that loads before the visitor loses interest.
(06)Redesign & Speed
Yes. Send the URL for a free check. You get the specific reasons, ranked by cost.
Not if URLs are mapped properly. Losing rankings in a redesign is a preventable mistake.
Depends on the foundation. You get the honest answer either way.
Usually most of it. Oversized images served at full resolution to a phone are the single most common cause, and re-encoding them is often the largest available win for the least work.
Not if the old URLs are mapped to the new ones before launch. Rankings are lost in redesigns when nobody writes the old URLs down, which is avoidable.
A lab score is one run on a simulated connection. Field data from real visitors on real phones tells you what is actually happening, and the two often disagree.
Yes, for audits and speed work. Whether it is worth fixing or replacing depends on what is underneath, and you get the honest answer either way.
(07)Business Profile
Reviews can show in 2-4 weeks; photos and posts build over 4-6. The trajectory is clear by 90 days.
No, and nobody can. Proximity is out of anyone’s control. Every signal you do control will work for you.
More than you have, almost certainly. The practical bar has been climbing, and what matters as much as the count is that they keep arriving and that you reply to them.
No. Fake reviews are against Google's policies and get profiles suspended. What gets built is a system that makes it easy for real customers to leave real ones.
Yes. The profile and the site reinforce each other: matching details, service and location pages that back up your categories, and structured data linking the two.
Google supports service-area businesses. The address can be hidden and the areas you actually serve listed instead, which is the correct setup for most trades and consultants.
(08)Clinic Websites
Yes. Aadithya Eye Care, Vision Therapy Institute and Caring Vision Therapy, across Chennai and Hyderabad.
The structure and patient-facing copy, yes. Anything clinical comes from and is reviewed by you.
Nothing is invented: no outcome statistics, no success rates, no testimonials. Every clinical claim comes from you and is signed off by you before it goes live.
Yes. That can be a simple enquiry form, a WhatsApp booking, a phone tap, or an integration with a system you already use. The path is one tap from anywhere on the site.
One per specialty or condition you want found for, plus doctors, locations and the usual basics. A single page listing every specialty ranks for none of them.
Yes. The difference is the number of specialties and doctors to structure, not the approach. The oldest practice served here has been online since 1999.
Ready when you are
Still not sure? Just ask.
No sales call, no form that disappears into a queue. A straight answer on WhatsApp, usually the same working day.
- Fixed quote, same day
- No contracts
- You own everything
