Leading with the two promises that close the deal

HomeOne Interiors handles modular kitchens, full homes and office fit-outs. They had two commitments competitors would not match — and both were buried three scrolls down.

The problem

Interior design is a considered purchase with a long decision cycle and a lot of anxiety attached. Homeowners have usually heard a story about a project that ran months late, and they are shopping for reassurance as much as for design.

HomeOne had exactly the reassurance people were looking for — a 45-day handover and a ten-year warranty — and both were sitting well below the fold, phrased as details rather than as commitments.

The approach

Those two promises were moved to the front and given the weight they deserve. A specific number is worth more than any adjective: "45-day handover" answers the question people are actually asking, where "timely delivery" does not.

The enquiry form was then kept within reach at every scroll depth. Interior design enquiries are emotional and often impulsive — someone sees a kitchen that looks like the one in their head and wants to act right then. If acting means scrolling back to the top to hunt for a contact form, a meaningful share of those moments are lost.

Lead capture without the pestering

Persistent access to the form is not the same thing as an aggressive popup. Nothing on the site interrupts the browsing that is doing the persuading. The form is simply always one short movement away, so the decision to enquire is never blocked by mechanics.

This is the same principle behind the landing page work: reduce the distance between wanting to act and being able to.

Showing the work

Interiors sell visually, which puts real tension between image quality and load time. Photography has to look good enough to sell a kitchen and load fast enough that a visitor on mobile data does not leave first. That is a compression and delivery problem as much as a design one, and getting it wrong in either direction costs the enquiry.

What was involved

  • Messaging restructured around the 45-day and 10-year commitments
  • Custom design and front-end development
  • Lead capture kept in reach at every scroll depth
  • Image delivery balanced between visual quality and load time
  • Mobile-first build tested on real devices
