Scope

These terms cover use of this website and the general basis on which work is carried out. Any specific project is governed by the written quote for that project, which names the scope, the price and the timeline. Where the quote and this page disagree, the quote wins.

Quotes and payment

Prices shown on the pricing page are starting points, not offers. Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before any work begins, and that price does not move unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope, at which point the change is quoted separately before it is built.

Payment is half to begin and half on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in arrears. Domain registration, hosting and any third-party licences are billed at cost to accounts in your own name, not marked up and not held on your behalf.

Timelines

Stated timelines — typically three to seven days for a website, two to three for a landing page — assume same-day responses from you on content and feedback. They are commitments on the studio’s side and estimates on yours. The usual reason a build slips is waiting for material, and that is said here plainly so it is not a surprise later.

Your material

You are responsible for having the right to use anything you supply: logos, photographs, text, trademarks and, for clinical or regulated work, the accuracy of any professional claim. Clinical and medical content is written from what you provide and is signed off by you before publication.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in a build. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, not an open-ended stream. Beyond that, further changes are quoted as small jobs. After launch, minor text and image edits are generally handled without charge.

Ownership and handover

On final payment, the finished website and its source are yours outright. Domain, hosting, analytics and Search Console are set up in your own accounts from the start, so there is nothing to transfer and nothing to hold hostage.

The studio keeps the right to describe the work and show it in a portfolio, unless you ask in writing that it not be shown. Third-party components retain their own licences.

Cancellation

A build can be cancelled at any point. The deposit covers work already done and is not refundable; nothing further is owed. Retainers can be stopped any month with no notice period and no cancellation fee.

What cannot be promised

No specific Google ranking, position, traffic figure or number of enquiries is guaranteed, by this studio or by any honest one. Search engines are third parties whose behaviour nobody controls. What is guaranteed is the work: the fixes get made, and you can verify the movement yourself in your own Search Console.

Websites are provided as built. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work it relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
